Job description
Snap eHealth is a well-funded, newly formed healthtech startup helping patients share their healthcare data with their physicians. Our software helps patients and providers communicate, promote, report, and measure requirements and outcomes for preventative medicine.

We are looking for the next talented software engineer to join our small team and support the rapid development of our growing product. This includes developing APIs, EHR integrations, data analytics, and other backend processes. Someone who will really thrive in this role is self-motivated, curious, and ambitious to take their engineering to the next level.

This role requires experience building production-quality software. Our backend is built with Clojure and Datomic Cloud, to support our client applications built with ClojureScript and Reagent. We are looking for candidates with experience with these (or similar) technologies and familiar with concepts in functional programming.

As a company, we care more about honesty, transparency, and initiative than being right — we test whether we are right rather than hold firm opinions. Our team was founded by two serial entrepreneurs with several years of healthcare experience. We are building an incredibly talented team and have recruited excellent, well-connected board members.
