What You’ll Do
We are pushing Elasticsearch to its limits. You will have a key role in shaping the direction Secure Malware Analytics takes in designing and supporting the data model, indexes, mappings, analyzer, and all things Elasticsearch. 

You also will support and extend our underlying core.logic-based expert system for detecting malware behavioral indicators, the analytics engine at the core of our product. You will build on a superbly maintained, 8-10 year-old system written in Clojure.

Who You Are
Senior Clojure Developer for Search & Engine team of the Secure Malware Analytics product.
The Secure Malware Analytics team at Cisco is looking for experienced Clojure developers to work on our large scale, malware analysis product.
Our team uses Clojure almost exclusively: from our REST APIs, to our search engine, to our event processing subsystem, all the way down to our core.logic analysis engine.
Our team is fully distributed across the U.S.
This requires excellent written communication skills, self-confidence, trust in your co-workers, and the ability to assume ownership of the problems you encounter.
