What You'll Do:
Pair program and communicate with a highly engaged team that was founded on knowledge sharing
Maintain, own, and drive production code standards and infrastructure across all domains
Drive collaboration with our Product team to understand, ideate, and implement new features
Work across the organization with our Customer Success, Implementation, Data Services, and other internal teams to better understand Customer needs driving us towards building solutions
Help drive change in architecture, design, tooling, process, culture, and beyond
Grow your skills and help others to do the same, acting as a project-level mentor
Participate in recruiting and interviewing as we grow our team making technically driven recommendations
Make the occasional owl memes

What You'll Bring:
Embody the vision of teamwork and collaboration to accomplish shared goals
Strong use of multiple programming paradigms including functional programming languages
Broad understanding of web technologies such as React, Web Servers, HTTP, and APIs
Demonstrates the ability to coach others in Clojure and ClojureScript
Years of experience with relational databases and SQL

Required Assessments
After your initial interview with the team, you will be sent a small Code Challenges through Coderbyte. This will not be a pass or fail, but more an important for you to show us how you solve a problem through code
If moving forward after the Code Challenge, you will be invited to a live pairing session that mimics typical web development at Aclaimant where you will be able to use your own tools (editor/IDE), etc.
