Priceline Partner Services (PPS) availability team is the heart of our business. They deal with issues such as extreme throughput demands, cache optimization, and financial calculations, all while maintaining high performance and thorough automated test coverage. This is a challenging role for a talented and dedicated developer.

In this role you will get to:

Design, implement, and document updates to getaroom’s hotel availability and pricing systems to add features and correct defects.
Design, implement, and document automated tests for these systems.
Mentor and train other developers.
Assist QA in determining how to fully test these systems.
Work with stakeholders to help determine what new features and fixes are most needed.

Who you are:

BSE in Computer Science or an equivalent field
5+ years of work experience with Clojure or other LISP dialects
Experience with Test Driven Development and other Agile Software Development practices
Experience with MongoDB or other document databases
Illustrated history of living the values necessary to Priceline: Customer, Innovation, Team, Accountability and Trust.
