Senior Backend Engineer w (Clojure) re: AI-Powered SaaS Platform
A high-growth SaaS company in the logistics and financial services space is hiring a Senior Clojure Backend Engineer to help design and scale an AI-driven platform focused on document intelligence, automation, and data extraction.

The Role
You'll build and maintain core backend services, REST/GraphQL APIs, and distributed systems supporting high-volume document ingestion and structured data extraction. You'll also integrate AI/ML capabilities — including LLMs, OCR, embedding pipelines, and vector search — into production workflows.
Key Requirements
Strong professional Clojure experience
Datomic and/or PostgreSQL
REST and/or GraphQL API design
Production AWS experience (Lambda, EKS, Textract, DynamoDB, etc.)
AI/ML integration experience (LLM APIs, vector databases, OCR pipelines)
Elasticsearch or similar search technologies

Preferred: Python, TypeScript/React, Terraform, fintech/logistics background
