Job description
Adgoji is an ad technology company that has a dream to change the way digital advertising is done right now. We envision a world where everyone can run digital advertising campaigns without the need to be an advertising technology expert nor needing large and expensive advertising buying teams to accomplish the task. adgoji runs digital advertising campaigns all over the world on behalf of companies like Adecco, Tempo Team, Energie.be, Daelmans, MeetKai, Sea Shepherd and more. Adgoji uses that experience to build better, simpler and more effective tools. We process a lot of data and do complex data analysis to offer suggestions to improve performance automatically. We run our company with OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) and use elements from the Lean Startup method to iterate quickly and focus on things that add value for our customers.

Adgoji develops in Clojure and ClojureScript. We are looking for software engineers that know or are interested in learning Clojure or ClojureScript and work with us to change the way digital advertising works.

What would you do at adgoji?
If you are interested in front end development then you would use ClojureScript, Reagent, Storybook and build interfaces that help users to finish complex tasks successfully in a simple and elegant manner. You focus on the core task that a user needs to accomplish and find the most effective solution to support that. You will work in a process that follows the lean startup method. You will translate complex data into simple and effective views to help the customer achieve his or her goals.

Who are we looking for?
- You are passionate about simplicity and want to learn every day
- You have at least 3 years of experience with development and have worked with ClojureScript and/or Clojure
- Experience with ClojureScript, Clojure or Javascript, React and React Native Reagent, Javascript and Storybook is preferable
- You want learn new things and have a laser focus on solving problems
- You can take responsibility, deliver as promised and are a real team player
- You speak Dutch or English fluently
