Doseform is building automation and AI for the pharmacy of the future, starting with a patient engagement solution that complements the existing pharmacy systems of records to empower pharmacy teams to focus on delivering a superior and personalized patient experience.

About the Role
Our team is looking for a highly motivated lead software engineer to help us build and scale our patient engagement and automation product for pharmacies. As a self-starter, you will play a crucial role in leading the development of innovative web applications while also managing and mentoring a team of talented engineers. Responsibilities:
1. Technical Leadership: Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable and robust web applications
2. Team Management: Manage a team of software engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and technical expertise to ensure successful project delivery.
3. Architecture and Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define architecture, design specifications, and best practices for software development projects.
4. Code Reviews and Quality Assurance: Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to coding standards. Implement best practices for quality assurance and testing.
5. Problem Solving: Proactively identify and address technical challenges, proposing innovative solutions to optimize performance, scalability, and user experience.
6. Documentation: Document technical designs, processes, and procedures to facilitate knowledge sharing and ensure maintainability of the codebase.
7. Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in web development, contributing to the continuous improvement of the team's skills and capabilities.
8. Collaboration: Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, promoting effective communication and teamwork across all levels of the organization.
Qualifications:
[Required] Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent extensive experience.
[Preferred] Proven experience in full-stack web development with expertise in Clojure, Any LISP, or multiple languages, including at least one functional programming language
[Preferred] Familiarity with Reactive Frontend JS technologies
Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and inspire a team of software engineers.
At least 5 years of professional software development experience
[Preferred] Basic Understanding of Containers and Cloud (Docker, Kubernetes)

Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
Effective communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud) and DevOps best practices
